Andrew is a co-founder of NeonDynamics and has been working in IT and Data Center spaces for over 20 years. He left his role as a Senior Solutions Architect at a large tech company to live the NeonDynamics life. A lifelong tech fanatic, learner and entreprenuerial enthusiast, Andrew is passionate about building a company that is focused on making products that combine exceptional customer experiences with technical excellence. When he's not working, he is spending time with his family, smashing things up on his excavator or sneaking in a round of disc golf.

Luke is a co-founder of NeonDynamics and has been a rock star of the IT and Data Center world for over 15 years. His journey in virtual infrastructure has taken him around the globe, consulting for organisations big and small in places like Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, the UK, France, Germany, Nigeria, the USA, the Philippines, Jakarta, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Japan, Korea, China, Ireland, and the UAE. What really drives Luke is his passion for understanding his customers' needs and delivering them optimal solutions. Once a truck driver, Luke saw the light and switched gears to IT. When he's not coding away at his desk, you can find him tinkering with his cars and motorbikes, cycling around town, or bouncing on the trampoline with his two kids.

Teigan is a Junior DevOps Engineer at NeonDynamics, and is learning lots as a newcomer to virtual Data Center infrastructure solutions. He has a background in Software Engineering and Pure Mathematics, and experience in product ownership, customer support, and platform development. Teigan is a lover of good food, and an enjoyer of both digital and analogue games of many flavors.

Kaz is a Program Director at NeonDynamics and has been making waves in the IT project space for over 20 years. Known for her enterprise capabilities, Kaz leverages industry recognised methodologies to deliver successful outcomes... She says she uses "agile waterfalls" or something. When she's not orchestrating complex projects, Kaz is out competing as a triathlete, proving that she can keep pace both in and out of the boardroom. She also loves escaping to the great outdoors on camping trips, where she recharges and finds inspiration. Her ability to balance high-level project management with a light-hearted, human touch makes her a standout contributor at NeonDynamics.

Marnie comes from a medical background, having run a healthcare clinic for 3 years which propelled her into marketing, branching out into socials around 5 years ago. The contagious passion of the two Netframe cofounders for their product inspired her to become a part of this very exciting enterprise.

When Marnie isn’t on her phone making connections, she can be found tending to her garden, taking care of her 6 chickens, extracting honey from her 2 beehives, pilate-ing on a reformer machine or running the parents association at her children’s school.
